I knew what i was getting and it was fine for me.
Room was fresh smelling. There was an iron and ironing board. The free wifi actually worked and was suitable for business use.
No sockets by the bed for phone charging. Pillows not the best quality.

Quiet peaceful hotel nice rooms, good buffet cold breakfast.
We have been before, we stay there as our youngest daughter lives in Ruislip.
Nothing, it is a quiet hotel although the Car Park gets very busy and full at the weekends.

Breakfast was good
We were charged a ULEZ charge twice as we didn't know we needed to pay to drive in Ruislip. A simple warning on the website would have saved us £180.when we contacted the hotel to tell them we were told it wasn't their problem

What was the highlight of Savera Hotel South Ruislip
It was okay.
Second morning, waitress Csilla was very kind and helpful, she bought soya milk for me. The previous day the girls “were too busy to do that”. Overall it was okay, however I feel it is a bit overpriced.
In the first room the heating was not working. In the second room the fan was very noise. Not to mention the attitude of team, they could still improve it.
